I'm a Los Angeles-based arts and culture journalist and creative non-fiction writer. I focus primarily on visual art and design, with a lens on Los Angeles, where I was born and raised. I'm a 2025 Rabkin Prize Winner.

 

My essay collection, "Underneath the Palm Trees," is forthcoming in 2027 from Northwestern University Press.
